PRO Direct payment privacy

Ryan McGreevy, doing business as PRO Direct, operates YouPager and PageBeeper and provides separately quoted SEO, digital marketing and email marketing services. This page explains payment information used for those products and quoted services. For a purchase, Stripe receives the payment details you enter and the information needed to process the transaction, such as billing contact and address, the selected product and price, and order or account references. Stripe processes this information under its own Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. For YouPager and PageBeeper, our applications receive the payment, customer, subscription and invoice references, payment status and related receipt information needed to provide the service, manage recurring billing, support you, investigate disputed payments and meet recordkeeping obligations. Do not send card details or API keys to either support address.

Payment records are associated with the product and the authorized account, business or workspace for that purchase. A shared payment processor does not make another product's private drafts, connected accounts or credentials available to its users. Purchases do not expand Google or social-platform permissions. Our billing integrations use payment and account references, not Google OAuth credentials or private social drafts, to identify the purchase.

We retain billing, consent and transaction evidence while needed to administer the service, handle refunds or disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Disconnecting Google or a social account is separate from cancelling a subscription. Removing application content does not necessarily erase invoices or other records that must be kept. This shared notice does not replace either product's Google-data commitments, platform-specific disclosures, deletion instructions or public-site analytics choices. Read the policy for the product you use before connecting an account or providing content.

For payments identified as SEO / Digital Marketing / Email Marketing, this shared payment notice covers the payment and order references described above. Read the quoted-services information and the privacy and processing details supplied for your engagement for any additional client materials or marketing accounts. Contact support@youpager.com with the service name and order reference to identify the applicable documents.

This payment notice does not authorize access to an advertising account, customer list or email campaign, and does not give consent to send marketing messages. Do not provide access credentials or customer lists through a payment form or support email. Agree the necessary access and processing instructions separately.
