Terms of use

YouPager is an independent directory that helps people find local tree-service businesses and lets approved owners manage a profile. YouPager does not provide tree services, employ listed businesses, or become a party to an agreement between a visitor and a business.

Directory information

Listing information may be owner-submitted or obtained from permitted public, licensed, and administrative sources. Information can change or be incomplete. Visitors must independently confirm a provider's identity, qualifications, credentials, insurance, scope, pricing, permits, and safety practices before hiring.

What status labels mean

• Google-sourced means designated public details were matched through Google; it is not an endorsement by Google or YouPager.
• Claimed means a signed-in account was approved to manage the profile. It does not verify every business fact or service outcome.
• Owner confirmed means an approved owner reviewed or supplied designated information.
• Private pilot — awaiting launch means the record is not yet available as a published directory listing.
• Published means an administrator separately released the reviewed listing to the directory.
• Featured, if used, means promotional placement and is not verification or endorsement.

Owner accounts and submissions

You must use accurate information, have authority to act for the business, protect access to your Google account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You retain responsibility for submitted text and images and must have the right to provide them. YouPager may reject, remove, or request clarification for inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unrelated material.

Claims, disputes, and corrections

An invitation allows an owner to prepare a private draft; it does not bypass moderation or publish a listing. Standard claims found through the directory require ownership review before management access. YouPager may pause access or publication while resolving a dispute. Send corrections, disputed claims, and urgent removal requests to support@youpager.com.

Optional Google Business Profile management

Connecting Google authorizes YouPager to retrieve the Business Profile accounts and properties the connecting Google account is permitted to manage. Each property must be selected separately. A subscription, YouPager claim, or administrator role does not grant Google authority, and YouPager will not treat another property in the connected portfolio as enrolled without explicit selection.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of requested Google changes. YouPager will require specific approval before submitting a change and may decline requests that conflict with Google policies, law, third-party rights, or platform integrity. You may disconnect one property or revoke the portfolio authorization. Google may independently review, reject, modify, or remove submitted information.

No guarantee or professional advice

The directory and pilot tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, YouPager does not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete or current listing information, contractor performance, availability, pricing, or results. Nothing on YouPager is arboricultural, legal, insurance, or safety advice.

Changes and suspension

YouPager may change, suspend, or discontinue pilot features, remove a listing, or restrict an account to protect users, resolve disputes, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Material changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date.
