PRO Direct payment terms

Ryan McGreevy, doing business as PRO Direct, operates YouPager and PageBeeper and provides separately quoted SEO, digital marketing and email marketing services. The product named on your checkout, order and receipt identifies the service you are purchasing. Buying one product does not subscribe you to the other, connect a Google or social account, or give anyone permission to publish for you.

The applicable product terms describe its features, access rules and service-specific billing conditions. These shared terms explain the common payment relationship; they do not transfer another product's price, credit rules or Google permissions to your purchase.

YouPager Connected costs US$41 per month, including applicable tax, for one eligible U.S. business location. The applicable tax portion is shown separately on the invoice within that total. PageBeeper and quoted SEO or marketing services have their own prices and terms.

Your checkout shows the currency, amount, billing frequency, tax treatment and product before you pay. A monthly subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Use the applicable product's billing controls to stop future renewal. One-time purchases do not create an additional recurring plan unless checkout expressly describes one. Access, allowances and cancellation effects follow the product terms and the paid period shown in your account.

Stripe processes payments for PRO Direct. Stripe may display PRO Direct's merchant identity along with the product name. Please use the product and order information on your receipt when contacting us. YouPager billing support: support@youpager.com. PageBeeper billing support: ryan@youpager.com.

Cancellation stops future renewal and is separate from a refund request. Contact the applicable support address with your product and order reference to request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed individually; these terms do not promise an automatic refund or a fixed refund window. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law continue to apply.

Paying for software does not buy approval from Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or any other platform. You must have authority for each connected account and follow the receiving platform's terms. A connection or payment does not authorize an unspecified post, listing change or account change. Availability and approval of integrations may vary independently of your subscription.

Quoted SEO and marketing services

If your order or receipt names SEO / Digital Marketing / Email Marketing, read the quoted-services information and the quote or service order you accepted. That engagement is separate from YouPager Connected and PageBeeper Campaign Studio. Software subscription prices, allowances and credit rules do not apply to it unless your agreement expressly includes them.
